Wajdaan Muhammad leads Content & Market Discovery at Software Finder, where she oversees large-scale content operations and research initiatives aimed at understanding how businesses evaluate and adopt software.
With over a decade of experience in content strategy and editorial leadership, she focuses on translating everyday market activity into structured insights. By combining editorial research with patterns emerging from thousands of buyer–vendor interactions on the Software Finder platform, she helps identify shifts in software adoption, feature demand, and vendor differentiation across industries.
Wajdaan manages a multi-team content organization of writers and editors responsible for producing software research reports, industry analysis, and knowledge resources across categories such as HR technology, AI tools, medical software, and security platforms.
She is particularly interested in how content can function as a discovery engine for market trends, transforming product comparisons, vendor research, and buyer conversations into actionable intelligence for both software buyers and vendors.
Her recent work includes authoring Software Finder’s Market Intelligence Reports, which analyze emerging shifts in software purchasing behavior and the evolving priorities of modern organizations.
Beyond research and reports, Wajdaan spends much of her time designing editorial systems that help writers think more analytically and approach content with greater depth and curiosity.
Outside of work, she enjoys psychological thrillers and investigative journalism, often drawn to stories that reveal hidden patterns, unanswered questions, and the deeper forces shaping how things work.
