Pros

Across the board, their customer service has been outstanding. From the support team and project managers to the system engineers and even the company owner. They respond very quickly and are always ready to help with any issue or configuration we need.

Cons

If I had to point out one thing, the admin interface could be a bit easier to navigate. That said, they provided several training sessions and anytime we're unsure how to handle something, we send them an email and they take care of it for us.
