“reliable service that outperforms other apps”
Pros
Compared with many other vendors, this one has been more dependable for us. The services are available and working properly most of the time and even though it doesn't include every call center bell and whistle, it has still performed better than a lot of alternatives.
Cons
Its reporting side is still lacking and improvements there have been pretty slow to happen.

“easy to setup”
Pros
Configuring the system to match customer requirements is pretty easy and it adapts well to different needs.
Cons
Since it's a cloud based platform, uptime is always something to keep an eye on but they usually do a very good job of keeping the service available and communicating any issues as they happen.

“reliable platform”
Pros
The platform has been very stable, it's simple to use and the overall flexibility of the system is a big plus.
Cons
The support team is generally very helpful but the communication can sometimes be lacking which gets pretty frustrating.

“packed with useful features”
Pros
Whether it's a small office with just 1 2 phones or a larger company running 50, this delivers a very well organized VoIP service without giving up the depth of features. It covers the basics and the more advanced needs equally well so there's pretty much everything you could want in one platform.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints about them. The service has been reliable and their customer support has been outstanding.

“High value product”
Pros
This app has been very dependable for us. We haven't run into any issues and it's proven to be a solid solution both for our team as a vendor and for our customers as well.
Cons
At times, getting access to certain information, like customer call details, can be a bit slow. Thankfully, it doesn't happen often so it hasn't been a major problem.

“clear and fair pricing”
Pros
Having quick UI access to all sub accounts makes day to day management much better. The features are readily available, the controls are clear, customer support has been excellent and the white label user login dashboard is a big plus. Pricing is also simple and clear.
Cons
One limitation before was not being able to use wireless handsets for clients. Since more devices were added to the supported list though, I can now set up client phone systems using their regular wireless handsets.

“too many glitches”
Pros
One thing it does well is act as a cloud scale phone switch which helps it stay resilient during network and data center failures. The user experience is also fairly decent when it comes to making one off changes. That said, they've recently been running into server resource problems and it has led to intermittent calling issues for a lot of their clients.
Cons
Getting a full system set up on this platform is extremely frustrating. There are also plenty of glitches and fixing them can mean doing a lot of work over again. Management feels split between the legacy interface and the newer one: the legacy side works very well for the tasks it supports but some functions are only available in the new version which may look nice but ends up being a frustrating waste of time to use. Support has also been getting slower and slower and the responses are often unhelpful unless the issue is pushed hard. On top of that stability has been poor for quite a while now.

“brilliant option for global scale”
Pros
It's the only product I've seen that can truly scale across multiple geographic regions and handle failover without relying on messy stretched clusters. It may feel challenging at first but once you really dig into how it works, that decision makes total sense and feels incredibly smart. As a global customer, we also work closely with their support teams and that experience has been really positive as well.
Cons
Theres nothing I have to add here, everyone loves using it.

“highly recommend”
Pros
The dependable back office and engineering teams give me the confidence to offer this to my customers.
Cons
The UI does feel a bit dated and blocky. Still, everything works the way it's supposed to so it's only a minor issue.

“flexible integrations”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how many ways it lets you integrate, whether through APIs, Pivots, Webhooks or Websockets. That flexibility makes it really adaptable for different use cases.
Cons
There is not really anything specific I dislike. If anything, I would say the logging and debugging tools could be improved a bit.
