Reliable and decent software

Pros

3CLogic software is easy to use and simple to navigate. Its features are also pretty good as compared to other similar tools plus the customer service was also really helpful and quick to respond when we were setting it up.

Cons

There are a few areas that I feel like need improvement. Such as some features particularly audio quality, call recording and reporting/analytics still need refinement also there are a few technical issues which is understandable since this software is relatively new.

Delivers exceptional service

Pros

It is an outstanding product. Not only is the software great but the employees are fantastic as well. There is always someone available to assist me with any questions or concerns in addition to that the 3CLogic is constantly looking for ways to enhance their service and is always open to suggestions.

Cons

Honestly I do not have any complaints. This platform has fully met the needs of my company and myself.

Performs its task well

Pros

This tool is really easy to use and it keeps track of everything you need. Plus the system records all the important details accurately so we can always rely on it for up to date information. To cut short, it makes managing everything much simpler and more efficient.

Cons

It would be really helpful if there was mobile support and the system could be made simpler for daily use and it would be better to allow us to track multiple things at once more easily.

Always there to help when I need

Pros

The team is very approachable and understands my lack of technical knowledge. They are always ready to assist and even take the time to teach me helping me in the future and i got to mention the ticketing system is v easy to use and responses are prompt and consistent with updates.

Cons

Well to have an extension to directly dial a specific support rep instead of tying up another rep just to reach the person I need to speak with would be nice.

My go-to for dialing, tbh

Pros

I like the reporting features that allow us to track the progress of a campaign and see how close we are to completing it.

Cons

More training would help us use the product even more effectively and better understand the detailed reporting capabilities.

A loyal and happy user

Pros

What I like most is the ability to duplicate projects to scale and expand for both existing and new customers.

Cons

What I dislike most is the inability to use more than one SMTP server for automated emails (based on result codes/dispositions) even when dealing with unrelated projects.

So far so good, satisfied

Pros

Although I have limited experience with phone systems coming from our previous company, this one is far superior in terms of features and customer support.

Cons

I would not necessarily call this a con but more features come with the need for additional education on how to use and customize the system.
