“quick response time by customer service team”
Pros
At least the customer service team got back to me quickly when I asked to cancel the service.
Cons
The contract terms were very rigid. We had a major change and needed to cancel our VoIP contract after the second year of a three year agreement but they would not offer any kind of flexibility or early buyout option. Early termination arrangements are pretty common in this industry so it was disappointing that they were unwilling to work with someone who had already been a customer for two years.
