Pros

Navigating the product feels very user friendly and moving through the different areas makes sense. The workflow is logical so getting around the program is pretty simple.

Cons

The beta QuickBooks rollout was where things fell apart. I could never get it working and when I reached out to support, I was basically told to stop using the beta and not worry about it. I've noticed they released a non beta QuickBooks version in the past few weeks but after dealing with the errors and issues a couple of months ago, I had already moved on and haven't gone back to test it.
