Cons
The service never worked properly, they are blocking my port to another company. I'm trying to cancel my plan, but a mysterious department has to do it, and I can never get through to them.

The company is based in India, and the support is handled by people there. They make promises they can't keep and it's always someone else's fault. Trying to cancel during the free trial has been a nightmare and I may need to file a chargeback.
