Pros

When it comes to sending and receiving faxes, there really is not much to compare with it and if there were a benchmark, this app could easily be it. It does its job extremely well. Sending and receiving faxes over analog lines, ISDN and also VoIP/FoIP, SIP and T.38 works flawlessly. It also lets you route fax to email and I even use a small workflow so that depending on the fax that comes in, it gets forwarded to one email address or another destination. Those little details make it a very capable solution. On top of that you can run it on Windows and Linux, as well as DOS or mainframes. It also works in virtualized environments. Honestly it is fantastic.

Cons

For a fax application and considering what I expected, the interface feels very outdated, assuming there is one available at all since some operating system distributions do not include it. The workflow features are a strong point but they still feel somewhat limited and could go further. If they developed that part more, they could win over a lot more of the market. Other than that, I really have no major complaints. It does its job perfectly and works at a very good speed. Maybe the support could be improved if they wanted to make the product even better although it is already fairly decent.
