It is my go-to.

Pros

I honestly can't imagine doing customerservice without this system. It's super easy to use and I rarely run into technical issues or errors. I use Adversus almost every day because it takes care of everything I need.

Cons

There's always room for improvement of course but honestly I can't think of anything bad to say about the solution right now.

The best dialer system out there

Pros

It is a super easy to use dialer and getting started is a breeze. The team really helped us set everything up so we could jump right into using the system the best way possible from day one.

Cons

We been using Adversus for months and I still can't come up with any downsides.

Best for telemarketing

Pros

It's a really effective tool that's easy to use, making sales and appointment setting way easier. The customer support team is amazing, they really listen to feedback, are constantly improving, and add new features all the time.

Cons

I think some features for appointment setting could use a bit of tweaking to make them even better.

Want the best for your business? This is it!!!!!!

Pros

Honestly, it's hard to pick just one thing I love the most about Adversus because theres a lot! First the customer service is top-notch. They're not just there to help solve problems, they are your go-to support team, always ready to back you up and find solutions. They're always ahead of the game, improving the system and making sure you have everything you need. The possibilities with Adversus are endless, yet it's still so simple to use. No matter the size of your company, they really make you feel valued. They always deliver, and the pricing is great. I haven't even looked at other software because I really don't need anything else. The dialer is awesome, and whenever I think of a new way to use it, they've already figured it out for me. Seriously, I could go on about how much I appreciate it!

Cons

Only one thing! Its evolving so quickly and adding so many new features that it's hard to keep up with how awesome it is today compared to yesterday!

A fantastic system overall

Pros

If you're looking for an outbound calling system, Adversus is hands down the best. It's got tons of different features, so it works for everything from cold calling to service calls and setting appointments. And on top of all that, the customer service is incredible. I had a few questions about integrating it with my CRM, and they had me sorted in minutes. If I could, I'd give Adversus 6 out of 5 stars!

Cons

If you want to get the most out of the predictive dialing feature, you'll need at least 8 agents. But other than that everything works great.

The top dialer software on the market

Pros

The software is clearly designed with a solid understanding of how people use calling systems whether it's for sales, customer service, surveys or other purposes. It's really "call centric," which makes it perfect for all sorts of calling needs.

Cons

The setup can be a bit complex but the good news is that you get a free call with a sales rep to help you get everything configured.

Its so efficient and easy to use

Pros

It's easy to use, looks great, and has all the features you need. And its really good value for money. Customer service is awesome too.

Cons

There are a few small details that could be improved, but honestly we know no system is perfect so its fine.

Perfect software for us

Pros

Adversus has an innovative way to manage your leads in a super user-friendly system. You can organize your lead databases however you want. There are also some great reporting and analytics tools, plus customizable dashboards that make your reports look more interesting. You can track live KPIs for both agents and managers, and the live feature is amazing for training and improving team time management. It gives you real-time insights into what your agents are doing and helps improve efficiency. The appointment setting is also super easy. You can integrate your calendar directly into the dialer, so you don't need to use any external calendar tool. The "Journeys" feature helps you automate your lead follow-ups, ensuring that only the best leads get revisited while unqualified ones are automatically filtered out.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. All the issues I raised earlier have been resolved and everything is running smoothly now.

So easy and great customer service

Pros

Great value for money - super easy to use and integrate.

Pros

All of our sales processes are integrated into Adversus and it's super easy to use. I can make changes and integrations on my own without any trouble.

Cons

Not much to complain about. And if there are any issues or new ideas, they're always willing to help.

Works perfectly fine

Pros

This really does exactly what my team and I were looking for. I love that it works as both a CRM and a phone system. I don't need to juggle multiple tools or worry about complicated integrations anymore. It works perfectly, and if we ever have an issue, the support team takes care of it right away.

Cons

I haven't had any problems with Adversus so far. I suggested a few additional features and the team told me they are already in the works.

Cons

Perfecto!!

Pros

It's simple to use, quick to set up and it works without any issues.

Cons

I had to get used to a new system which naturally caused a few issues/ or questions but nothing that couldn't be resolved by customer support or my own experience.

A game-changer in dialer software with unlimited value.

Pros

I've been using Adversus since 2016, and with 10 years of experience in telemarketing and sales, I can honestly say it changed the game for us. The design is super intuitive, which makes the user experience much easier, especially when you're dealing with rejection and difficult calls. The software is smooth, with no bugs, and it's clear that the team is invested in continually improving it. The uptime is unbeatable I have not a single issue since I started. Plus you can integrate third party systems via the API to take your telemarketing to the next level. The lead management and campaign features are everything you need, and you can monitor your calls live, tracking tons of different KPIs.

Cons

A couple of things I think: 1) It might be a bit pricey for small businesses but it's definitely worth the money. 2) There's no mobile app yet but maybe that'll come in the future?

Works wonders!

Pros

Adversus lets me make a week's worth of calls in just one day. I can manage and track all leads, and it automatically filters out those on the do not call list. The reporting tools are thorough and essential for tracking progress. What I really love is that Adversus just works. I have had zero issues and my team and I rely on it every day.

Cons

Adversus is super efficient, which is great but it works so well that I run out of leads quickly! Thats not really a problem with Adversus itself but it's the only downside I can think of.
