“Terrible customer service”
Pros
It's easy to use and has a mobile app, but it can be a bit glitchy at times. I also like the ability to set office hours.
Cons
My annual subscription was renewed without notice, and when I found out on the day of renewal, I contacted them to cancel. Even though I reached out immediately, they refused to cancel, citing their policy that they can't cancel once it's renewed. It felt like an easy money grab, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't recommend Aircall to my network, as there are other companies offering more features at a fraction of the price.

“Unsatisfactory service with unfair policies”
Pros
We chose Aircall because of their unlimited local to local call minutes, all at a flat fee that includes a local number. But now we regret our decision.
Cons
We signed up for Aircall with the same email address as our G2 account but there are at least three things we are unhappy with 1) Our package was supposed to include a free local number but the invoice charged us for it despite following the account manager's instructions. 2) The call quality was terrible, with sales reps complaining about noise and this problem occurred about 50% of the time, every 15 minutes, without a fix. 3) The worst part is that we told the account manager we did try it for a month and would upgrade to a yearly plan with more seats if we liked it. When we decided to cancel, we asked the account manager to ensure we would not be charged automatically. First, she said yes but then she claimed that since we did not inform them to cancel 30 days in advance, we had to pay for the next month. Should we have mentioned this when we first activated the account? We emailed them multiple times but never got a response.

“Outstanding software”
Pros
AirCall user interface is great. Also, its setup process is fairly simple and offers easy routing configuration. Plus statistics tool is helpful, and it's easy to purchase additional numbers.
Cons
We faced some sync issues with Hubspot, low support and a few software bugs.

“Excellent for maintaining control over calls”
Pros
The PowerDialer feature is one of Aircall's best features, as it helps us work systematically through lists with ease.
Cons
Aircall is not always easy to use, and I have come across two specific issues. First the only way to add a Google Sheets CSV to the PowerDialer is by publishing it as a webpage, which is inconvenient. Secondly, once someone hangs up, you can only add one disposition.

“Perfect for HubSpot integration”
Pros
Integrating it was an easy task. Just one click and I had everything set up in minutes. Also it is very easy to get the contact center workforce up and running and the monitoring and management tools are quite reliable too.
Cons
I found that the administrator needs to have an operative license to manage the platform, and additional phone numbers are not provided sequentially, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Aircall software is really easy to use and user-friendly. There is no delay when it comes to calls or anything else. Overall, Aircall has been the best, and I honestly did not expect this platform to make our lives so much easier.
Cons
