Terrible experience - avoid at all costs

Pros

Nothing, but the tool is super buggy, and our numbers kept getting blocked by Spam.

Cons

The customer success team is practically non-existent, and our numbers get blocked as spam.

I simply love it!

Pros

I really love this tool. Their support team is simply amazing, and its integration with HubSpot CRM makes it very useful.

Cons

There is not much to mention, but I think having more automated settings would be useful.

A great way to boost support and sales for your business

Pros

I absolutely love this tool, and the support team is fantastic. The CRM integration with HubSpot is incredibly helpful.

Cons

There's not much to say, but I believe more automated settings would definitely be helpful.

Great tool for CSMs

Pros

Managing and assigning regions or numbers to individuals is fairly easy. Plus the analytics are very detailed, though they are no longer available separately or on lower-tier plans. The desktop app is handy too.

Cons

There are occasional interruptions when using the same number at the same time and sometimes calls get dropped. Also setting it up requires a lot of help from Aircall, but good thing is that they are helpful. Small configuration changes, like adjusting the ring length can impact performance. Laslty the SMS interface is a bit awkward and does not recognize landlines unless the SMS has already been sent.

A must-have for phone analytics

Pros

Aircall makes it so simple to filter calls. Also its analytics are way better or you can say a major improvement over our old system. Plus it makes easy to track call pick-up rates, peak times and outbound call patterns.

Cons

Their service is on the expensive side and you get charged extra for in-depth analytics. Plus I have noticed that the mobile app also has some drawbacks, such as not allowing call tagging to be mandatory, which makes analytics confusing.

Positive experience for a CSM

Pros

It's easy to manage and assign regions/numbers to people. The analytics are very detailed, but unfortunately, they aren't available separately or on the lower plans. I also like the desktop app.

Cons

Setting up the system requires a lot of help from Aircall (though they are helpful), as small configuration changes can affect things like the ringing length. Excellent phone analytics tool

Pros

Aircall makes it really easy to filter calls. The analytics are a gamechanger compared to our previous system, making it simple to track call pick-up rates, peak times and outbound call timings.

Cons

The service is quite expensive and we have to pay extra for deeper analytics. Their mobile app also has some drawbacks, like not allowing call tagging to be made compulsory, which can confuse the analytics.

Pros

It is without a doubt a great tool with amazing UX. Also, it made it very easy for us to roll out across the organization.

Cons

Key to improving outbound operations

Pros

In my sales role, I used Aircall every day to connect with prospects worldwide. It allows me to call from local numbers which improves the chances of reaching prospects compared to using an unfamiliar international number which is great.

Cons

At times it is a bit glitchy and I often had to reload the program while trying to dial. However there were no major issues and I would still use it again.

Pros

Aircall software fulfills exactly what I need, helping me call sales leads globally and providing access to phone numbers from different nationalities.

Cons

Perfect for supporting growing organizations

Pros

I have to say, the HubSpot integration with Aircall is amazing. Our team can make calls directly from HubSpot, and all the activity reports sync automatically, so we always have a clear view of our results across the company. Also setting up Aircall was super easy too and adding new numbers takes just seconds, plus creating workflows to automate tasks has really helped improve our efficiency.

Cons

Aircall is a bit expensive, which causes problems mainly if you want your entire commercial team to use it. We have had issues with call quality at times, but restarting the call typically fixes it.

Fantastic tool for growing organizations to support sales, support, and account management

Pros

The integration with Hubspot is fantastic. It allows our entire team to call directly from Hubspot, and all reporting and activities are seamlessly pulled into the platform, providing a clear and accurate reflection of our output. Aircall is also very easy to set up allowing us to administer new numbers in seconds and create workflows that automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Cons

Aircall can be quite expensive, which makes it hard to ensure that everyone in the commercial team uses it. Sometimes, we've experienced call quality issues, but they're usually fixed after restarting the call.

Pros

Aircall is an all in one solution for call center needs as it offers us a dialer, transfer system, voicemail and many other features in a single platform.

Poor customer support

Pros

It is easy to navigate and even has a mobile app, even though, at times, it is glitchy. I also like how it allows us to set office hours.

Cons

My annual subscription was renewed without any notice, and when I found out on the renewal day, I contacted them immediately to cancel. Even though I reached out on the day it was renewed, they refused to cancel it, citing their policy that prevents cancellations once it is renewed. It felt like an easy way to lock customers in for another year. It's disappointing and I won't be recommending Aircall to anyone I know. There are other companies offering more features for a fraction of the price.

Makes tracking very easy

Pros

The integration with Pipedrive and Looker is super smooth. It makes tracking everything really easy and helps streamline our workflow. Also I have noticed a boost in productivity.

Cons

Not a con but I find it much easier to update things on the mobile app than on the computer.

With Aircall, handling calls is now easy

Pros

Aircall software does a great job and really makes life easier in this industry. As it is not only only quick and easy to navigate but it pops up instantly from the background whenever I need it.

Cons

I wish it had emojis for text as currently it does not and the interface feels like it could be a bit smoother.
