Pros

Using this has been a really positive experience. The chatbo feature is simple to work with and the customer service has been the highlight for me. Max and Hailey always reply quickly and are incredibly helpful whenever I have questions. Their level of dedication and care really shows and I have nothing but good things to say. I'd highly recommend it.

Cons

Overall, my experience with it has been very positive although there have been moments when I wasn't completely sure how to update and apply changes in the KB. That said, the process has been becoming more simplified over time. It's obvious the team is putting effort into making it more user friendly and I'm looking forward to seeing how it continues to improve.

Pros

I came across this through a Thumbtack email announcing their partnership and getting started was incredibly easy. The onboarding felt quick and the AI SMS platform they built was clear, flexible and much more capable than I even expected to use at first. We've since added their AI SMS service to our website and it's being used every single day. Beyond the product itself, Hailey has been outstanding to work with. Whether it's a standard request or something more custom, she responds incredibly fast and helps make things happen. Her can do attitude really stands out and it's honestly refreshing to work with someone so reliable and proactive when you're trying to get things done.

Cons

My only wish is that Yelp would adopt an integration with Alivo the way Thumbtack has. That's not really a criticism of the program because it seems pretty clear that the delay is on Yelp's side. Speed to lead matters so much now and having more platforms integrate with Alivo would make the service even more valuable.

Pros

After using it for several months, it has become a key part of our lead intake and nurturing process. The AI features connect with our leads right away and do a really good job of turning them into high quality meetings!!

Cons

I honestly have nothing to complain about. Everything has been working really well!
