“misleading sales and wasted hours”

Pros

At least I got to tell the unhelpful sales rep to cancel our account and maybe look for a more ethical company to work for.

Cons

This was a complete waste of time. The platform is terrible, the sales team is unethical and the support is somehow even worse. They tell you your use case can be done but during the free trial you can't actually build it. Then they keep assuring you it's possible and that you just need to pay for a subscription to unlock the features you need. After paying, you end up spending hours trying to get the dialer working, only to realize this platform isn't really built to function as a full dialer with proper call cadence features. I'd strongly suggest checking out JustCall or AutoReach instead. On top of that Aloware support argues with you, refuses to issue a refund, won't review the recorded meetings, ignores the long history of support conversations where you tried to make it work, takes no accountability at all and still charges your card despite their own negligence. Take your business somewhere else. There are much better dialers out there and I'd avoid making the same mistake I did by going anywhere near Aloware.

“confusing workflow”

Pros

Their pricing is very affordable and the customer service support is decent overall.

Cons

I signed up because the low price seemed appealing but that ended up being a mistake. The software is extremely hard to use and almost every task feels like a struggle. Even uploading a list takes around seven steps across two separate pages which makes the whole process very confusing. I gave it a real shot and spent hours every week working with customer service but in the end it just wasn't worth the effort. The product still feels like it's in a trial stage and they keep making changes without any notice. The support team is actually very good but if you decide to use this software, be ready for a lot of frustration.

“frustrating setup proces”

Pros

At first, it seems like it offers competitive pricing and a solid system but that really was not the case.

Cons

We were basically pushed into signing up just to make this work with Pipedrive, our CRM and the setup turned into one problem after another. The issues dragged on endlessly, still were not resolved and we ended up paying for a full month plus $100 in talk time without being able to actually use the system. After 3 weeks of getting nowhere, we canceled. I would avoid it.

“big support issues”

Pros

The platform matched what we needed and was simple to get up and running.

Cons

At first, customer support told us to use their free "Suspended" user option so we could keep reporting and call recordings for employees who had left the company. Then Aloware changed its billing policy with almost no warning, just a single email and no outreach from an account manager and started charging us. We contacted them because we needed to preserve recordings for deleted users but the responses were vague and the whole conversation kept getting dragged out while they continued billing us. After two months of trying to get this resolved, they still refuse to issue a full refund for those charged "Suspended" users. They also said they would transfer the recordings to us but keep blaming permission issues and haven't taken any real initiative to fix it. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

“great HubSpot integration”

Pros

Connecting it with HubSpot Professional Marketing Hub and Professional Sales Hub has been a big win. New leads can be called within 1 to 3 minutes and the real time two way texting right at opt in makes follow up feel immediate and effective.

Cons

The only downside is the 3 seat monthly minimum. It would be much better to have the option to start with a single license and add more seats only when needed.

“power dial benefits”

Pros

One thing that really worked well was connecting the platform to our CRM and having call and SMS records saved directly on each contact profile. It also comes with plenty of useful features and the power dialer has been especially helpful for our inside sales team because it keeps them focused and lets them get through more calls.

Cons

A serious problem came up when multiple contacts shared the same phone number. That created a major issue for our company.

“calls disconnect easily”

Pros

The system is simple to use and I really appreciate that it displays patients' names during calls.

Cons

Calls drop pretty often and the audio quality makes conversations hard to hear. The connection isn't clear so we end up having to call people back and many times it takes several attempts before the call actually goes through.

“useful Slack integration”

Pros

This is the only contact center platform we found that connects easily with both Guesty and Slack and that was a major reason we chose it. The system is simple to use and has been able to scale well as our business continues to grow.

Cons

Pulling data to build reports is very slow and with larger datasets it often fails altogether. Updating a contact in the app also doesn't work very well when that contact was imported through another integration and the Guesty integration is not two way. On top of that the pricing is high compared with other similar tools.

“power dialer win”

Pros

Right away, the biggest difference came from the Power Dialer. It's a real power dialer that connected directly with our CRM, HubSpot and that made a big impact for our team. The platform was very simple to customize and navigate based on what my contact center needed and the integration itself was smooth. They had everything set up and our team running within a single day.

Cons

One thing that's a bit difficult to find is true local presence and this doesn't offer that. They do, however, include a time zone differentiator inside the power dialer which is an incredibly hard feature to come across in this market.

“all in one platform”

Pros

Everything I need is in one platform and the whole system is super simple to use and understand.

Cons

I haven't tried the CRM yet and aside from that, there's really not much I dislike.

“affordable dialer with strong features”

Pros

Using this app has been going well and it offers a strong set of features for any business that needs a dialer. It also costs less than many of the other options out there.

Cons

There were a few issues with the call recording features at first but we were able to get them resolved.

“Great HubSpot sync”

Pros

Getting our phone system connected with HubSpot and automatically saving calls and texts to each customer record was exactly what we needed. It handled that really well by giving every CSM and sales rep their own direct line and all of their activity gets logged whether they're working from the desktop version or the mobile app.

Cons

The setup had a couple of minor bumps at first, like some team members ending up on my line but support responded fast and helped sort it out. In the end, most of it came down to user error on our side rather than a problem with the platform itself.

“keeps communication in one place”

Pros

With several agents handling the same guest, this keeps all communication together in one place through its integration with our property management system, Guesty. It makes collaboration much smoother and helps everyone stay on the same page.

Cons

Mobile app still has some bugs, like needing to stay open in the background and searching for older conversations can be difficult.

“constant updates”

Pros

Since I first started using the application, it has received a lot of updates and added features. That said, it still feels like it needs a bit more time to iron out some issues especially in the mobile app.

Cons

Wish I could handle calls from the mobile app when I'm away from the office. Right now, I've dealt with dropped calls and there are times when the customer can't hear me at all.

“outstanding support team”

Pros

Switching to Aloware completely changed how we handle daily operations. Before adopting it, we were having a hard time keeping things running because support was lacking and our data wasn't organized well. The move to this went off without any issues and since then we've been able to grow at a much faster pace. I'm genuinely thrilled with the choice to use it and really appreciate how much effort their team put into making our operation far more efficient.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of any real downside. Whenever an issue came up our customer service rep put in a lot of effort to resolve it right away.

“custom setup that scales”

Pros

Managing our data and growing operations used to be a mess before we switched to Aloware. They worked with us on a custom setup and now we're able to reach 3X more leads in half the time. The move to Aloware went off without a hitch and their support team is consistently fast and helpful whenever we need them.

Cons

I can't point to a single thing I disliked.
