The project was ultimately completed and handed over though only after major delays. There were also a few testing sessions conducted before the final delivery.

Cons

Working with astTECS for WhatsApp Bot Services has been extremely disappointing. We signed the purchase order in October 2023 expecting a reliable solution but it took nearly a full year for the project to be delivered. While a bit of initial testing did happen, the bot's live performance was nowhere near acceptable. Customers kept running into recurring problems which caused frustration, abandoned chats, lost revenue and harm to our business reputation. We submitted several support requests and sent detailed complaint emails that clearly outlined the functionality issues as well as the lack of response from the support team yet nothing has been resolved. The long delay, the bot not functioning properly and the poor support have cost us a substantial amount of time and resulted in serious financial losses. We would not recommend this for any critical business use where dependable performance and responsive support really matter.
