5 out 5! Great software

Pros

The platform is easy to use, and I really appreciate the live chat and phone/email support. It's great knowing I can reach real people when needed.

Cons

I wish I could text phone numbers in one country from a different country, but unfortunately, that's not possible with Avoxi.

Excellent range of features

Pros

Avoxi's features are fantastic. Implementing VoIP solutions is smooth and if I ever need help, I can count on Avoxi's 24/7 support.

Cons

Their partner portal is a little outdated, but it's still manageable for my needs.

Pros

Software is good, support could be improved

Pros

I'm impressed by the reliability of the routing and how easy it is to configure everything. The customer support from both Sales and Tech is top-notch.

Cons

No major issues so far. We did have a few call failures, but Avoxi resolved them within their SLA.

I had no major problem using it

Pros

The support team really understood my issue and guided me through the solution. They were very helpful.

Cons

The cost is a bit higher, but as technology progresses, I believe it will become cheaper over time.

It is very easy and simple to use

Pros

I find it very easy to use and navigate there is nothing complicated at all.

Cons

Occasionally, there are small issues with incoming and outgoing calls, but they don't happen often.

Best customer support team ever

Pros

The software is easy to use, but if you're not that tech-savvy, their support team is always ready to assist. [sensitive content hidden] is knowledgeable, patient, and truly amazing. Every time I call Avoxi, I speak to a live person who's genuinely eager to help.

Excellent product

Pros

Avoxi was the perfect fit when we transitioned from corporate office landlines to remote during the pandemic.

It is our international phone lifeline

Pros

We work with a lot of international companies and Avoxi provides us with phone numbers in other countries. This feature is incredibly important for our business.

Cons

It would be great if Avoxi added additional features like text forwarding.

So simple to use

Pros

I was amazed at how quickly we got up and running with our new number. The speed was impressive.

Exceptional customer service

Pros

Avoxi has always been my go-to provider for international phone numbers. I rarely leave reviews, but I was genuinely impressed by how responsive their Support team was when I requested new phone numbers and made billing changes. This wasn't the case a couple of years ago, so it's clear that management has made positive changes. Kudos to them!

Cons

We had some voice quality issues with Avoxi at my last company over two years ago, but so far, there have been no problems with my new organization's usage.
