Pros
The platform is easy to use, and I really appreciate the live chat and phone/email support. It's great knowing I can reach real people when needed.
Cons
I wish I could text phone numbers in one country from a different country, but unfortunately, that's not possible with Avoxi.

Avoxi's features are fantastic. Implementing VoIP solutions is smooth and if I ever need help, I can count on Avoxi's 24/7 support.
Cons
Their partner portal is a little outdated, but it's still manageable for my needs.

Pros
I'm impressed by the reliability of the routing and how easy it is to configure everything. The customer support from both Sales and Tech is top-notch.
Cons
No major issues so far. We did have a few call failures, but Avoxi resolved them within their SLA.

The software is easy to use, but if you're not that tech-savvy, their support team is always ready to assist. [sensitive content hidden] is knowledgeable, patient, and truly amazing. Every time I call Avoxi, I speak to a live person who's genuinely eager to help.

We work with a lot of international companies and Avoxi provides us with phone numbers in other countries. This feature is incredibly important for our business.

Pros
Avoxi has always been my go-to provider for international phone numbers. I rarely leave reviews, but I was genuinely impressed by how responsive their Support team was when I requested new phone numbers and made billing changes. This wasn't the case a couple of years ago, so it's clear that management has made positive changes. Kudos to them!
Cons
We had some voice quality issues with Avoxi at my last company over two years ago, but so far, there have been no problems with my new organization's usage.
