Pros

At its core, the software does the job well. Incoming calls go through, they can be routed to cell phones and the time of day sorting is useful. It handles the simple functions reliably so if all you need is to connect a small group of agents on one phone line, it works just fine.

Cons

That said, it comes with almost no extras or advanced tools. There's no way to transfer calls between operators which is a pretty big limitation. Support was also very lacking and it took a long time to reach an actual person through chat who could provide anything helpful. There's no phone support and email support was barely there either.
