Right from the start, it felt very user friendly and packed with a huge range of features. The reporting is excellent and having everything in one fully integrated system is a big advantage, from ERP, POS and accounting to dispatcher tools and QR functions. It also offers plenty of modules and works across different platforms like desktop, web, mobile, iPad and kiosk which makes it really flexible. On top of that the team is highly professional, with 24/7 support, strong training and business assistance, dependable hardware and software maintenance and impressive after sales follow up. It keeps improving as well, with updates that stay aligned with new trends.
