“buggy app”
Pros
At first, the pricing looked fairly competitive compared with other options and the call quality was decent.
Cons
Mobile apps are extremely buggy and support can take anywhere from several days to a full week to respond which is terrible when your business relies on a VoIP line that is not working. It feels like higher volume customers are getting priority while small businesses like mine are being overlooked. On top of that the account fees have gone up over the years and the contract keeps getting auto renewed which is actually illegal here in Wisconsin.

“simple to work with”
Pros
Simple to work with, easy to roll out and not difficult to manage. It has supported our team really well over the years.
Cons
The improvements I had been hoping for appear to have been handled in B Hive which is why we've now moved over to that platform.

“responsive support with great solutions”
Pros
Whenever something comes up, customer support handles it quickly and most issues get sorted out in a single phone call. They also adjusted a feature I wasn't happy with which really showed they listen to users.
Cons
This has already been addressed but there was a stretch when the system would occasionally go down. Thankfully, that hasn't happened in almost a year now.

“great customer service”
Pros
The customer support has been excellent and the system is very user friendly.
Cons
So far the only challenge has been getting familiar with how to move around the portal.

“flexible calling from anywhere”
Pros
Being able to answer our office phones from anywhere has been a huge plus with B hive and it works well on both mobile and desktop. Our desk phones are simple to use though we still need to improve our external microphones and speaker setup on our end. The team handled the setup really well and kept communication strong across departments which helped make the implementation feel more organized. The switch from our previous platform wasn't immediate and took a couple of weeks but everything was up and running in time for our company.
Cons
The app seems to perform better on the desktop version. When I tried setting it up on a laptop, I couldn't get the microphone to work properly.

“excellent value”
Pros
Right from the start, this software has delivered top notch quality with service that feels reliable and trustworthy. The features and benefits are easy to use and the value for the price is outstanding. We were even able to double the number of phones while paying the same amount we had been paying with our previous provider.
Cons
Getting everything up and running was incredibly simple and using the product has been just as hassle free. The training that came with it was also very helpful. Honestly, I haven't come across anything to dislike about this software.

“simple setup process”
Pros
Getting this up and running was incredibly easy and using it day to day feels very user friendly. The service was quick to start with and didn't take much effort at all to begin using.
Cons
Honestly, I wouldn't add anything. It does exactly what we need.

“quick response time by support team”
Pros
Every time we need assistance, the customer service team is friendly, helpful and pleasant to work with. Our customer service rep is especially quick to respond whenever we reach out which has been really appreciated.
Cons
One thing I'd love to see improved is the ability to save fax numbers since entering them manually each time gets a bit repetitive.

“cloud switch done right”
Pros
Moving to a cloud based phone system felt intimidating at first but Broadvoice made the whole transition simple. We definitely wouldn't go back now. Their customer support has also been really helpful anytime we've had questions or needed adjustments to the system.
Cons
My only complaint is with the mobile app since call quality can get unclear at times. That said, it only seems to happen when my cell signal is weak so it's not really an issue caused by Broadvoice.

“Horrible support experience”
Pros
The features and functions advertised looked promising.
Cons
We were promised that upgrading would be a smooth switch and that most things would stay the same but that was not true at all. The transition turned into a complete mess. The team assigned to us was mostly unresponsive and seemed clueless, including the fact that their customer is in the Midwest, not California. When we reached out because we couldn't park calls, we often wouldn't hear back until 7:30 p.m. our time and even though we clearly asked them to call my cell, they kept calling the office and leaving messages instead. That happened repeatedly and felt more like the norm than a rare mistake. Our phones still are not configured the way we requested but at least now all the phones in the incoming call group are ringing, our internal calls are going through and we can finally park calls. At this point, I guess that has to count as a success :(

“centralized phone control”
Pros
Having one central online place to manage the entire phone system has been a real plus.
Cons
The admin side still doesn't feel very user friendly. It can take a while to track down what I need and the menus seem like they could be clearer or labeled better. Then again some of it may just come down to user error on my part.

“easy to use”
Pros
Using this has been a really positive experience. The platform is easy for both customers and admins or IT staff to navigate which makes day to day use simple. It covers all the key features you'd want in a UCaaS solution and it works well across mobile phones, desktops, laptops and iPads so it's flexible no matter what device you're on.
Cons
Interface could use a more polished, visually appealing design but aside from that, it performs well and I haven't run into any real issues.

“quick setup process”
Pros
Getting 25 phones up and running took us less than an hour which was honestly amazing.
Cons
I haven't come across any downsides yet so there's really nothing to point out here.

“reliable calling with useful features”
Pros
Honestly, using it feels a lot like working with a traditional landline so it's very simple to get used to. It also comes with plenty of helpful interoffice features, including call forwarding for after hours calls and similar tools that make day to day communication more convenient.
Cons
It depends heavily on your Internet connection. When the Internet is slow or goes down, you can expect service issues or outages. With a stable Internet connection though, the phone system is dependable.

“support falls apart fast”
Pros
If the system actually performed the way it's supposed to, it would be a really solid option. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case and trying to get help from support has been a joke.
Cons
Our biggest problem has been the support team and the people who handled the setup. I gave them everything they needed, including a very detailed PowerPoint and it felt like they never even reviewed any of it. Once they got the contract signed, it honestly seemed like they stopped caring completely.

“user friendly PBX”
Pros
So far this platform has been solid for us, well built, dependable and very simple to use. We haven't had any failures with the system on our end which has made it a very positive experience overall.
Cons
The only issue we ran into wasn't with this program itself but with our internet connection.
