The quality of sending and receiving SMS has been excellent and the service is fast while still being cost effective.

The only downside was that the integration with our system took a bit longer than expected.

As a bulk SMS marketing platform, the biggest advantage of BSG is its ability to support marketing across a large number of countries around the world.

Cons

It would be even more useful if there were Android and iOS mobile apps for creating and managing SMS campaigns.

Pros

Choosing this software for my work has been one of the smartest decisions I've made. It's budget friendly, capable and comes with plenty of useful features for email marketing.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues yet though it's possible I may come across some as I continue using it.
