It has been very helpful

Pros

I mainly use Calabrio to check my daily schedule, log overtime, and track adherence, that's about it.

Cons

Since my access is limited, I can only see my daily adherence.

A fantastic work tool!

Pros

Very easy to use, with a user-friendly interface and I enjoy using it on my phone!

Cons

Sometimes it crashes but it could be due to the broadband connection and it works fine with my cellphone provider.

Should improve ready time adherence

Pros

Having both the weekly schedule and reports available in one location with a single login is highly convenient.

Cons

I don't like that the ready-time adherence doesn't update promptly. The graph for ready-time adherence is hard to read and the actual breaks and lunch taken aren't reflected correctly. I never get a real-time update.
