Cons

Having both the weekly schedule and reports available in one location with a single login is highly convenient.
Cons
I don't like that the ready-time adherence doesn't update promptly. The graph for ready-time adherence is hard to read and the actual breaks and lunch taken aren't reflected correctly. I never get a real-time update.
