“helpful virtual number features”
Pros
Using this has been a convenient way to get a virtual phone number. The automatic text response feature is useful and the text alert before a call gets answered letting us know it was routed through CallAction is a nice touch.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost. It feels overpriced for what it offers especially since we could get a second cell phone plan for about the same amount.
