Pros
Not only does the software itself work well, but the support team is quite helpful, too, as I can contact them whenever I need assistance without any hesitation.
Cons
I feel like it could be a bit more user-friendly. And at times I need to test a number, and it just sits idle or rings busy even when I try my own number. Weird!
