Pros

CallHippo has really helped improve our customer engagement and boost team performance. Plus being able to track and analyze call data in real-time has totally changed how our customer service team works. And with its CRM integration, we can easily organize and access all our interactions.

Cons

I think the dashboard could benefit from more customization options to better suit our specific needs.

I find the call quality and productivity tracking simply excellent. Also it is simple to use and performs well even in areas with low coverage.

Cons

Over the past 3 years, we have had a great experience using CallHippo. The service is simply the best, especially the support team as they are always patient and handle even the smallest requests of ours. Pros

CallHippo offers a wide range of great features that simplify business communication. Plus its call tracking and analytics, along with high-quality services have made our client interactions much more organized and smooth. The clean interface allowed our team to start using the platform without any technical hiccups. Its reliability and performance have been consistently top-notch and are getting better every day.

Cons

It offers a great variety of features, but I feel there is potential for more customization, especially in reporting and analytics. While the current tools are strong, adding more flexibility for tailored reports would make it even better. That said, it already meets most of our requirements well.

What I love most about CallHippo is how easy it is to use, especially when setting up virtual phone numbers. The best thing is that the call quality remains clear and CRM integration has streamlined the process of managing our customer interactions.

Cons

One challenge we faced was understanding some of the advanced features but that was in the beginning. Even though the platform is generally easy to use, but the more complex tools took my team some time to get comfortable with. Once we adapted, the benefits were clear.

My experience was pretty good. I got to test out all the features without any issues. And during tough times, the support team really came through. They understood my needs and provided solutions that fit my business requirements perfectly.

When selecting a new number, I did prefer if the location options included the state along with the city, as many cities in the USA share the same name across states.

Pros

Am using CallHippo for two years now and it has been great. I find it really easy to create agent reports and handling calls efficiently. Also I have to do little to no manual work.

Cons

CallHippo is perfect for obtaining virtual US numbers, which has helped us test our software products with more accuracy.

Cons

While using the product, I noticed a few bugs that too in the first couple of days. For example, changing a Test Analyst user to another role required reaching out to support despite having the Owner profile. Also, trying to access the Help section redirected me to a login page, but it did not accept my correct credentials.
