Plus its call tracking and analytics, along with high-quality services have made our client interactions much more organized and smooth. The clean interface allowed our team to start using the platform without any technical hiccups. Its reliability and performance have been consistently top-notch and are getting better every day.
Cons
It offers a great variety of features, but I feel there is potential for more customization, especially in reporting and analytics. While the current tools are strong, adding more flexibility for tailored reports would make it even better. That said, it already meets most of our requirements well.
