Can definitely improve

Pros

Once I got the hang of it, the tool became easy to use, and I was able to go through many calls efficiently.

Cons

The notes section was a bit tricky for me. I prefer being able to quickly answer the questions asked rather than having to navigate to the notes.

Everything's going great!

Pros

It's fairly easy to use and set up. We use it about twice a year, and it works well every time.

Cons

Switching from one call to the next can be a bit abrupt, but it's not too bad overall.

It worked just fine�

Pros

The call transfer feature is incredibly helpful for the organizing community.

Cons

The audio issues often make me switch to another dialer more frequently. My team needs every opportunity they can get. When we finally get someone willing to talk and we lose them due to a website problem, it really affects our ability to meet our goals.

Great calling software

Pros

I enjoy contacting veterans periodically and providing them with referrals for necessary human services and financial assistance.

Cons

I don't have any negative feedback about CallHub and I use the service regularly every week.

Really handy tool

Pros

The user experience for agents is fantastic, everything is streamlined. The smooth integration with Nationbuilder is crucial for us. Plus, the built in tools like automated/manual texts and prerecorded voicemail are super useful. As an admin it's also great to be able to export detailed CSVs and see exactly what happened.

Cons

The page refreshes every time I add a new question or event or when I reorder them, which makes setting up a new campaign a bit tedious. As an admin, it's a headache. Also, having to go through every single edit page to save changes is time consuming. It would be great if cloning and editing previous campaigns were easier.
