CallRail is easy to use and very user-friendly. Also I must say it does a great job overall of segmenting call volume.
Cons
In case you have a complex marketing system, let me inform you that CallRail at times gets overwhelmed with the dynamic number insertion and might show conflicting information between Sources and Numbers.
