Top Dialer tool

Pros

I really appreciated how easy it was to integrate everything with our CRM. customer support was also fantastic as a point of contact throughout the process.

Cons

The learning curve was a bit steep at first. The initial setup isn't as simple as I expected.

A real time-saver and organizer

Pros

I had used Call Tools nearly two years ago, but stopped because I didn't need to make many calls. When I returned, I was reminded how great their customer support is and how much time it saves me. Their reps at Sales and Integrations were both incredibly supportive. During my CRM integration, I worked closely with customer support, who really understood my needs from the start, saving us a lot of time and effort. He made sure everything I wanted was set up, and even figured out ways to make things happen that I thought might not be possible. I really appreciate the personalized attention and the fact that we could meet over Zoom for screen sharing. This experience has been a game-changer!

Cons

The lack of weekend support was a downside for me. It delayed my ability to start using Call Tools by about two days.

Amazing tool for generating leads

Pros

The leads it helps bring in, combined with the ease of use, have been great for our business.

Its an invaluable asset!

Pros

I was able to get through a lot of leads in a short amount of time. The training was excellent, and the support from the team was fantastic.

Cons

Not much negative to say but I would recommend using a USB headset. Bluetooth earbuds can cause connectivity issues.

Excellent predictive dialer

Pros

I love many aspects of Call Tools. For instance, in real estate, I can configure a button to push a lead directly to my CRM or open a real estate website. That feature has been incredibly helpful. Additionally, the variety of call disposition options really helps me manage potential clients effectively.

Cons

It's not the easiest at first, but I understand why, it has so many capabilities that help me organize and segment contacts effectively.

So amazing!

Pros
