I love that I can track all calls and conversations which allows me to manage our marketing needs more effectively and make data driven decisions.

Cons

Pros

Call tracking metrics does an excellent job navigating various messaging structures and helps maintain a consistent communication plan across all channels.

Cons

It is amazing software

Pros

Call Tracking Metrics gives us the ability to truly understand our customer interactions, enabling us to better serve our clients and value both their time and ours.

Cons

The things I like least are likely more about training and usage challenges. For instance, I've had difficulty "forwarding" calls to my personal phone, transferring calls to others in the office, and the way it toggles between �Available� and �Not Available� seems inconsistent at times.

I becaome a huge fan

Pros

I find call tracking metrics easy to use and affordable compared to other options. It plays a crucial role in scoring calls and feeding that call data back to Google Ads for optimization and conversion tracking, which really helps improve results.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. It's a solid product, and their customer service has been very responsive whenever I've had questions.

Great way to track numbers

An effective call tracking solution

Pros

CallTrackingMetrics is feature rich but keeps things simple with a barebones approach. The software is intuitive, easy to use, and implements product features without any complexity. The user interface is clean, fast and easy to navigate.

Cons

Some of the newer product features, like Conversation Analytics, aren't as easily accessible, and you have to dig through the UI to find and implement them. The help center and knowledge base mostly cover basic topics, so more advanced guidance is needed.
