Cons
The things I like least are likely more about training and usage challenges. For instance, I've had difficulty "forwarding" calls to my personal phone, transferring calls to others in the office, and the way it toggles between �Available� and �Not Available� seems inconsistent at times.

Cons
Some of the newer product features, like Conversation Analytics, aren't as easily accessible, and you have to dig through the UI to find and implement them. The help center and knowledge base mostly cover basic topics, so more advanced guidance is needed.
