“useful email voicemail”
Pros
A lot of the features in this service are genuinely helpful especially getting voicemail sent through email.
Cons
One downside is that updates often take quite a while to setup.

“all in one platform”
Pros
Everything comes bundled in one device which makes deployment really convenient. It arrived with the software already installed so it was basically ready to use right away. The hardware resources are also sufficient and it handles the workload well.
Cons
A limitation is the preconfigured RAID which leaves less flexibility for customization.

“reliable call center quality”
Pros
Running a larger contact center with 50 or more agents on calls, this setup fits really well. Since each workstation has its own telephone hardware, the connection stays clearer and more consistent no matter where you're located. The stability is a big plus and it helps deliver better call quality during every customer interaction. Logging in and out is simple and switching between agent statuses through the hardware is easy too. That also helps keep productivity and work hour reporting accurate. The features and functions are not hard to pick up and whenever help is needed, customer support responds quickly and is genuinely helpful.
Cons
There are definitely less expensive options out there and Cisco's subscription pricing can feel high but the tradeoff is that it delivers top tier quality for just about every call center need.

“Very efficient tool”
Pros
Back when I was working as a telemarketer, this really helped make my day to day work more efficient. A teammate walked me through the system with a simple step by step tutorial and before long I was comfortable using it on my own.
Cons
It has a small learning curve at first but once you pick up the shortcuts in the system, the job becomes much more manageable. Like anything else, it just takes a bit of time to get used to.

“flexible features”
Pros
Across five years of using this system, I never ran into any problems with it. Our network had what was likely tens of thousands of phones and users and it still handled everything well. It offered plenty of ways to transfer calls to internal extensions or external numbers, park calls for someone else to answer, put people on hold and more. Even conference calling was easy to do which is something I have not been able to do on other phone systems without accidentally dropping someone.
Cons
Honestly, I did not come across any downsides during the five years I used this system. I really have nothing negative to say about it.

“everything works well”
Pros
It lets our employees communicate at the same time without any call interruptions. We have a large number of staff handling calls, messaging and presence all at once and everything works consistently without causing issues for anyone.
Cons
The management side does require a solid understanding of IP networking. We've needed support from our partner to fully understand the technology and manage it properly.

“cuts our communication costs”
Pros
Starting out, keeping communication costs under control was really important for us. This solution has helped lower those expenses quite a bit. Since almost everything runs over an IP network, nearly all communication is free aside from the internet connectivity subscription.
Cons
I can't think of any drawbacks at the moment.

“powerful collaboration suite”
Pros
Right out of the box, this platform delivers a complete set of collaboration features, including premium voice, video, messaging, instant messaging and presence, conferencing, video conferencing and more. You can choose the tools that best match your company's needs and that flexibility helps improve productivity while also strengthening customer relationships.
Cons
A bit expensive but it also provides a productive and efficient work experience for employees. In my view, it's a worthwhile investment.

“top tier IP phones”
Pros
Using it feels very simple and the feature set is excellent. The softphone and IP phone products are top of the line and really impressive.
Cons
Connecting it with other brands is consistently a challenge with Cisco products. Setting up a multi vendor environment can be pretty difficult.
