I honestly don't have anything positive to mention about this service.

Cons

After using their IVR service for around 15 to 20 days, I kept running into the same issue: whenever call forwarding was enabled, no calls came through to my marketing number. The moment I turned call forwarding off, calls started coming again but by then all my data was gone. They didn't have any record of it either. I repeatedly asked them to fix the service properly but instead of addressing the real problem, they kept blaming my network provider. That clearly wasn't the cause. When I finally requested a refund, they stopped answering my calls and also ignored my emails and messages. I ended up getting the same service from another company for just 1% of what I had paid CloudShope.
