“Great calling across devices”
Pros
This app works on a wide range of devices and calls transfer smoothly from one device to another.
Cons
I'd be happy to see TAPI functionality added.

“flexible SIP setup”
Pros
The flexibility is a big plus. I can book SIP channels and users directly, all with one product and one provider which keeps things organized. Having a regional contact person and a German manufacturer also adds trust. On top of that the quality has stayed consistently reliable over many years.
Cons
Not every CRM can currently be integrated.

“Simple setup process”
Pros
Getting started was quick and using it day to day is just as uncomplicated. Administration is also simple which makes us much less dependent on the vendor or external service providers. Another big advantage is the flexible monthly upscaling or downscaling which works well when staffing changes.
Cons
Only specific improvement I can point to is the way flat rates are bundled exclusively across all seats.

“easy to make calls from anywhere”
Pros
A big advantage is being able to use it flexibly without being tied to a phone system in one location. I can communicate with my office number from anywhere at any time and the mobile app has definitely improved my availability.
Cons
One drawback is the setup process: button configurations can't be copied to other users so every button has to be programmed separately for each person. On top of that you can't insert a button in between existing ones which means you have to move them all around manually.

“Solid features”
Pros
Really impressed with the ergonomics here. The feature set is strong and having the cloud hosted and operated in Germany is a big plus.
Cons
A couple of functions are still missing especially presence with a customizable status and chat.

“offers a broad range of features”
Pros
The software feels well organized and offers a solid range of features. The look and feel is very pleasant and it's comfortable to use on PC, Mac and smartphones alike.
Cons
The video client still doesn't work on smartphones. Since it's only a small feature though, it's not a major issue.

“reliable integrations”
Pros
Something that speaks for Cloudya is its simplicity, along with the many years of experience the company has built up in the market. From a partner perspective, the direct and personal contact with the responsible teams is also a real plus and makes collaboration much better. On top of that the wide range of integrations through NCTI Pro and also in combination with Teams really stands out.
Cons
At the same time, stability has dropped dramatically over the last 2 to 3 years which has caused concern among both customers and partners. Another downside is that the app has not developed in line with market expectations since its launch in 2018.

“Convenient to use across devices”
Pros
It works smoothly across different devices which makes it convenient to use in various situations.
Cons
My only criticism is that there's no multiline TAPI so controlling Cloudya is a bit more difficult.

“fantastic CRM integration”
Pros
Absolutely excellent overall. The integration with Microsoft Teams and our CRM tools is really well done. Best of all, we can make calls from anywhere in the EU which has been a huge advantage for us.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind, aside from a few connection dropouts here and there but they were resolved quickly.

“awful experience overall”
Pros
We had an awful experience overall and honestly I can't think of a single positive thing to say about it.
Cons
Our law firm has used this phone provider for several years but over the last couple of years the service has declined badly. We were left without a landline for two months so calls had to be redirected to a mobile instead. On top of that the company showed no ability to offer proper professional support. When we made a complaint, their response was to try to sell us a new system. Now that we are attempting to move to another provider, it feels like we are being held to ransom. They even terminated our contract early and left our firm without any phone service for more than six hours. I'll be filing a complaint with Ofcom. I have honestly never dealt with a company this dishonest and incompetent and I would not recommend NFON to anyone. I'll provide an update once the Ofcom complaint has progressed.

“poor voice quality”
Pros
Honestly, the only upside is reaching the end of the contract term so we can finally switch to a better system.
Cons
Right from the start, the connection setup has been poor and the voice quality is just as bad. Customers often have to be called back because conversations get cut off. The call history is also very poorly designed and makes little sense. On top of that phone numbers can't be copied from the app into the phone and screenshots are blocked as well. That means you literally need a pen and paper just to save a new number on your mobile.

“Crashes frequently”
Pros
Getting started with NFON is pretty easy and setting up the phone didnt take long.
Cons
That said, it crashes quite often and there are regular interruptions even during calls. Restarting the phone usually gets it working again but it takes time every single time.

“made basic tasks unnecessarily complicated”
Pros
I can't point to any real strength here, this software was disappointing overall.
Cons
Using it is frustrating and even basic tasks feel unnecessarily complicated. Voicemail has to be configured by someone external, there's no simple manual available in French and setting up voicemail schedules is also difficult.

“professional call routing setup”
Pros
From installation and configuration to day to day use everything has gone well. I've been using it every day for more than 6 months now and I'm already planning to equip my second company with the same solution. I use the IVR features, call groups and time based restrictions and they all fit my needs well. I even had a studio record custom messages so the whole setup feels completely professional. I recommend it without hesitation.
Cons
Only thing I'd like to see is an unlimited communications plan.

“business calling made simple”
Pros
Using this makes handling business calls feel professional without any trouble. It's an easy way to manage a business phone system and get the job done confidently.
Cons
The one thing that could be improved is the Outlook contact integration which needs to work better.
