“reliable integrations”
Pros
After nearly 15 years of using this software, it has continued to be very user friendly and dependable. We run into very few issues and it integrates really well with our PBX. Whenever support is needed, the response is fast and if the first tech can't resolve the issue, it gets escalated right away. They're also willing to help with shrinking databases which saves us from spending extra time handling that ourselves.
Cons
Honestly, there's very little to complain about. We're able to write queries and run reports whenever needed.
