“reliable call recording”
Pros
It handles call recording the right way and it makes sure different processes are managed properly. It provides a solid approach for making every call solution immediate.
Cons
I cant think of any downsides.

“helpful insights”
Pros
This platform provides a lot of useful information about each call and it's really helpful that we can go back and listen to any call whenever questions come up.
Cons
The part I don't enjoy is how many options are shown on the screen. It can feel a little overwhelming at times.

“makes it easier to stay connected”
Pros
Being able to use this system anywhere there's WiFi has been a huge advantage. I travel often for work so it really matters that I can still talk with clients whenever issues come up. This makes it possible to keep business moving even when I'm sitting on a plane.
Cons
One thing I'd really want is a Contivio app for iPhone. That would make it much easier to stay connected with clients especially in situations where WiFi isn't available.

“Constant pop ups hurt workflow”
Pros
Something it does well is simplify call transfers and the directory feature also helps our team a lot when we need to find the right contact quickly.
Cons
Running this alongside our separate order processing software has been frustrating because random pop ups keep appearing. Closing them over and over takes time and slows down our work which affects productivity. The sound quality also needs improvement and could definitely use some adjustments.

“user friendly tool”
Pros
Contivio has been really user friendly and simple to work with and I rarely run into any problems while using it.
Cons
Only issue I've had is that a few calls didn't go through but it's only happened maybe three times.

“everything you need in one place”
Pros
One thing that really works well is having chat and phone calls bundled together. Before we started using it, the company had to rely on two separate programs, one for chats and another for calls.
Cons
At the same time, it comes with a lot of extra features that the average user probably won't use or even look at. It would be much more practical to have a simplified version with just the basics, while keeping the more advanced options available only for administrators and team leads.

“helps us stay focused”
Pros
The "Away" feature has been really helpful for our sales team because it lets them stay focused on customers without getting pulled in by distractions. At the same time, other team members can clearly see everyone's status which has made our communication much more efficient. We don't have to waste time running around trying to figure out where people are anymore.
Cons
One downside is that it's hard to tell when the phone has logged you out of the software so you might stop receiving calls without even realizing you're no longer logged in.

“Poor support response”
Pros
At least customers were able to reach us by phone at times and the system did work occasionally.
Cons
There was basically no guidance or instruction for setting up the configuration and no timeline or training materials were provided either. The support from the "account manager" was minimal which made the whole process even more frustrating. Porting VoIP is already a major undertaking and this platform made it especially difficult. On top of that the metrics and dashboard were very poor.

“not very user friendly”
Pros
One useful feature is that calls can be recorded and linked to the correct Salesforce account in real time. That's really the only benefit I've seen.
Cons
Beyond that almost everything else has been disappointing. The system is not user friendly and is confusing in most situations. Support also feels far too technical to be helpful and the product comes across as if it was built only for inbound call centers.

“quick to learn”
Pros
Getting started with this product felt very easy. It doesn't take long to figure things out on your own which makes the whole experience really convenient.
Cons
Because it's server based I've run into quite a few glitches. Even signing in has given me trouble more than once and the call tracking can be inconsistent at times. I'm not sure whether these are just small bugs or issues other users deal with too.
