“I would recommend it 8/10
Pros
One thing I really like about Convoso is the smooth process for transfers, as well as the manual dialing and the inbound callback queue. These features make managing calls so much more efficient and streamlined.
Cons
One major issue I've been facing is the long wait time when trying to make calls.

“Not a very pleasant experience
Pros
The text feature is a game changer for us. Our previous dialer didn't have this and being able to text back and forth with clients has significantly boosted our productivity and client communication. It's a huge improvement!
Cons
There are frequent problems with dropped calls, and sometimes the system is down for hours, a couple of times every month. Previously, we rarely had outages that lasted more than an hour, and it's affecting our productivity.

Pros

Cons
It crashes almost every day. Our calls get dropped frequently, and the sound quality issues can be quite frustrating.

I love how user friendly Convoso is. The buttons are color-coded, and everything is laid out in a way that's really easy to understand and navigate, even for someone who isn't tech-savvy.
Cons
The system has been very slow recently, often freezing and glitching. This forces us into a pause and requires us to be logged out by a supervisor.

“Excellent product!
Pros
I really appreciate how easy Convoso is to use. As a remote employee, it allows me to stay fully engaged with the company I work for. I can seamlessly switch between channels, whether I need to ask management questions to ensure I'm providing excellent customer service to my clients, or connect with my teammates so we can support and motivate one another throughout our workday.
Cons

It's so easy to use that I can help my coworkers figure out how to use it too. It's a real team asset when everyone can get on board quickly.
