“they wouldn't refund my account credit
Pros
The 99-cent price for a toll free number was really appealing. The call forwarding feature worked well most of the time, and it was simple to set up and use.
Cons
I experienced service interruptions, poor customer support, a confusing UI design, and frequent changes to the Terms of Service. Additionally the fax feature didn't work for over two years.

“I cannot use all the features!!!
Pros
The software is incredibly powerful, offering all the features (and more) that I could possibly need.
Cons
The features are hard to use because there are so many, and their configuration feels like navigating a maze. You end up relying heavily on eTollFree support, and that's when things start to go downhill. Their ticket system doesn't work well, someone takes the ticket, it sits for a while, and when you follow up, they claim it's resolved when nothing has been done. Then you open a new ticket, and the cycle repeats.

“Didn't live up to expectations
Pros
I like that the price is very low, and the toll-free number works just fine.
Cons
The auto attendant feature doesn't work for me. Their support team blames my recordings, even though they were professionally made and sound fine to me. They work on eTollFree's portal, but not on their phone system. Instead of taking responsibility, they just blame me.

“Exactly the service we needed
Pros
After doing a lot of research, I found that eToll offered the most straightforward service for getting a vanity business number. They have clear pricing and provide many free, easy-to-use services that others often charge extra for.
Cons
I didn't like the per-minute pricing structure, but it turned out to be cheaper than other services that offer limited minutes, so in the end, it's more of a personal preference than an actual issue.
