“quick team calls”
Pros
Getting a team call started was immediate and there weren't any complicated steps to deal with.
Cons
In one important meeting, the video turned pixelated which was really frustrating.

“simple to use”
Pros
EyesOn works really well for me for several reasons. First of all, once you're familiar with everything using the platform is very simple. Users do not need to download any software beforehand because everything runs directly in the browser. On top of that compatibility is very good. It supports most browsers so practically anyone can join without issues. Another big advantage is the low bandwidth requirement. It needs less than 2 MBs per second to run and in most cases the usage stays around 1.5 to 1.7 MBs per second. That makes it much more efficient than most other video conferencing tools. With the right browser, it also adapts well to lower bitrates. CPU usage is another strong point since it is much lower than with other solutions I have tested. Because of that, it also runs well on older computers. The interface is also very simple to use which is a major plus. Up to now, I have not had a single user who could not figure it out. I also really appreciate that presenting a document does not always require screen sharing. Instead, you can upload the file and show it through its built in tool. There are also a number of useful security options. For example, you can lock a meeting so entry is only possible through a QuickJoin link. In addition, functions can be enabled or disabled individually for each room.
Cons
At the beginning, EyesOn can be a bit confusing for many users. Part of that comes from the seemingly inverted image and the slight delay in your own video once there are more than three participants. Because of the single stream technology it uses, you end up seeing yourself in the conference with roughly a half second delay. It is also disappointing that the permission management is still quite limited in some areas. For example, any user can start recording a meeting or share their screen. Right now, there is no way to restrict those features to certain users or allow them only temporarily. Another limitation is that you can only mute all microphones at once instead of muting one specific person. The bandwidth adjustment mentioned earlier also seems to work properly only in Chrome and Chromium based browsers. That is unfortunate because Apple users, unless they switch to the EyesOn app, can be dropped from a meeting pretty quickly when the connection gets weak. Another downside is that EyesOn shows a maximum of only 9 people in the video stream. In larger meetings, the remaining participants can only be heard and not seen. That is a real drawback and I would definitely like to see improvements there.

“Constant dropouts ruin meetings”
Pros
There was a discounted lifetime license available and the feature set is pretty much the same as other tools.
Cons
A solid looking app doesn't help much when every few minutes all participants get kicked out and the meeting turns into a nonstop disco of reconnecting.

“browser based screen sharing win”
Pros
Using this in our contact center has been a great way to connect with customers. When agents or customers need to share a screen, it handles that very well. It's also a lot simpler for customers than something like Zoom especially if they don't already have Zoom installed. Since nothing needs to be downloaded to join or start a screen share, getting people connected is much more convenient. The fact that it's completely browser based makes the whole process quite simple.
Cons
It does allow up to 100 participants in a session but only 9 of them can have their cameras on at the same time. That hasn't caused any problems for us though it's still something worth keeping in mind.

“works well across devices”
Pros
One thing that really helps with this system is that prospects and clients can join without downloading or installing anything and it runs well on most devices and platforms.
Cons
During calls, we're able to chat with clients and share links which is useful. The downside is that the system doesn't send an automated email to the client with the chat transcript.

“broadcast limitations ruin it”
Pros
The pricing is affordable and the knowledge base is very thorough.
Cons
A major downside is that screen sharing and camera can't be used at the same time which completely kills the broadcast experience.

“instant screen sharing”
Pros
Jumping into a video conference with it feels like one of the quickest and best options available. It lets me start either a voice or video call and share my screen at the same time which is really useful.
Cons
The sign up landing page could be a bit more user friendly and provide clearer information. Other than that, I haven't run into any real issues.

“great video quality for big meetings”
Pros
Something that really works well is that up to 100 users can join a single session and you can still see everyone clearly during the meeting. Joining from a smartphone is simple and the video quality stays clear throughout.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints.

“reliable meetings”
Pros
Screen sharing and meeting recording were the first features that drew me in especially because I need them for my Quality Management System. The platform is easy to use, dependable in day to day meetings and my clients have responded well to it so it delivers exactly what my business needs.
Cons
I'm still getting familiar with everything it can do but I'd probably appreciate stronger scheduling features and better integration with other collaboration tools. It's possible those options already exist I just haven't explored the platform fully yet.
