“better call visibility”
Pros
One thing that really works well is the email notifications. Compared with other calling systems I've used, like Natterbox, this integrates much better with Salesforce and clearly shows who has called or sent you a text.
Cons
There are still a number of issues while using it. I often get a second call dialing through when I'm already on an active call or sometimes the call doesn't come through properly and I only end up getting a voicemail even though my line isn't in use.

“reliable recording experience”
Pros
Getting started was easy and going back to review recorded calls was just as convenient. It felt dependable to use because it delivered exactly what I expected from it.
Cons
Honestly, nothing specific comes to mind as a drawback or anything I particularly disliked about it.

“handy for bulk outreach”
Pros
The platform is easy to use and works really well for bulk dialing, mass texting and similar outreach tasks.
Cons
On the downside some incoming calls get missed without any clear reason. The most frustrating part is when a call suddenly drops in the middle of a conversation. You can be talking to a customer one second and the next the Fastcall widget turns gray and shows a frowning face. No idea why that happens.

“clean setup for fast calling”
Pros
Everything feels quick, clean and well organized. It's a lightweight tool that helps us move through calls efficiently.
Cons
We've had some trouble getting our proprietary call tracker to recognize the dials made through this platform.

“convenient dialing”
Pros
This platform gives Salesforce users a simple click to dial plugin and the part I appreciate most is being able to multitask by copying and pasting phone numbers from outside Salesforce to place quick calls while manually pulling in contact details. That's especially useful when I'm prospecting from someone's website and entering new contacts into Salesforce myself. After the contact is created in Salesforce, it logs the call to the correct contact record.
Cons
There are times when it crashes without any clear reason even while my other Salesforce apps are working normally. Since it's tied to the browser window you're actively using instead of your desk phone, switching between pages during a call isn't really possible so I have to keep opening extra tabs or windows to keep working.

“Has all the features I need”
Pros
It has all the features I need. It saves call recordings directly on records, keeps a full activity history, routes calls to record owners, includes SMS and works natively inside Salesforce. It's been very reliable and the support team has been excellent. Since it's built specifically for Salesforce, it fits the platform really well. It really helps boost productivity with a phone dialer and SMS app that is fully dedicated to Salesforce. Fastcall is backed by CTI experts and is designed for modern businesses, with compatibility across softphones, hard phones and SIP.
Cons
It doesnt have anything that I'd list as a con.

“Salesforce dialer that delivers”
Pros
What works really well with the system's Salesforce native dialer is how directly it integrates with Salesforce CRM and the click to dial feature is especially useful during the workday.
Cons
One issue I've run into is that there are times when voicemails won't play so the only option is to call the missed number back.

“keeps everything in one place”
Pros
Being able to handle calls without leaving Salesforce is a big plus especially compared with soft phones that make you jump into other platforms. It keeps everything in one place and helps maintain strong productivity throughout the day.
Cons
The pricing isn't especially appealing although the quality of the product does justify it to a certain extent.

“mobile workflow done right”
Pros
This lets me handle my work directly from my phone is a huge plus especially since I don't have to repeat everything later on my desktop.
Cons
Only downside is that more software platforms don't offer features like this.

“simple browser dialing”
Pros
Working with it is very easy yet it still delivers useful data for leadership across the organization. The monthly subscription options are flexible and competitively priced and it can place calls directly from the browser.
Cons
There really isn't anything I dislike about it.
