Pros

Getting everything up and running wasnt difficult and we were able to roll it out fast without much effort. It ended up saving us tens of thousands of dollars compared to keeping copper phone lines. Using their fax adapters, we made the switch with absolutely no disruption to the end user experience and IT didn't have to provide any extra training or support.

Cons

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. With how simple the implementation was and how much money it saved us, I really don't have any downsides to mention.
