Pros

The interface responds quickly and I never had to deal with unregistered clicks or buttons not reacting. The ability to log in from any device is especially convenient since a lot of fax services still tie you to a specific on site machine or location. It made my work a lot simpler when sending documents to taxing authorities especially since fax is still a widely accepted way to submit information to them.

Cons

One area that could be a bit easier is downloading or viewing a fax. After you learn the steps, it's simple enough but a first time user might need a little guidance for something basic like opening a fax. Someone familiar with the system would know to click "Open" and then "Zoom" to see the pages but most people would probably expect that to happen in a single click. It's a very minor drawback in an otherwise excellent product.

Pros

Figuring out how to use this isn't very difficult as everything feels really user friendly. On top of that the support team is responsive and genuinely helpful whenever assistance is needed.

Cons

The email to fax feature does require some internal education and training for the organization to use it properly but that's fairly normal and expected.

Using this has been a solid way to keep our existing fax machines working through a fax adapter especially in places where computer based faxing just isn't a practical option. A lot of the cloud fax providers I looked into couldn't support that setup at all. It also gives us plenty of flexibility in the way we handle and manage faxes so we can adjust the solution depending on the needs of each situation.

Cons

Admin portal can feel a bit overwhelming at first. That said, their support team is responsive when changes need to be made so you really don't have to spend much time in the portal unless you prefer to manage it yourself.

One of the best parts for us is that a staff member can sign in once and get into the fax mailboxes for multiple locations which makes it much easier for team members to cover for each other when things get busy or someone is out sick.

This tool has worked well for our needs and we really haven't run into any major problems that get in the way of productivity.

Getting everything set up was quick and it gave us a way to assign direct fax lines to attorneys so they can receive incoming faxes individually. It's also very convenient to use from virtually anywhere.

Even though only a small number of people across our organization still use faxing, those users depend on it heavily to do their jobs. The reason I value this software so much is because of how dependable it is. This also simply does what it's supposed to do. I don't have to spend time worrying about whether the platform will be reliable.

At the moment, the admin portal doesn't really function as a fully customer friendly, full service tool. Most admin and user provisioning work is still better handled through FaxLogic support instead. That said, their support team is very quick to respond.

Being able to integrate its APIs into our internally built software has really strengthened how we operate in the healthcare space, where faxing is still used heavily. The fact that this tool rarely even comes up internally says a lot on its own, it runs so smoothly that it needs very little support from our organization.

This is not really a FaxLogic issue but because faxing in general involves multiple third parties and older transmission processes, troubleshooting the occasional customer complaint about failed fax sending can be hard to fully diagnose. When the vast majority of other customers are not seeing the same problem, it usually becomes clear that the issue is more likely tied to the customer's own fax workflow or one of the carriers involved.

It has been incredibly versatile for us. It can connect and send documents to just about anywhere we need. On top of that their support team is always willing to help with any configuration request and they usually handle most or all of the setup themselves.

My only real disappointment is that we didn't discover this tool sooner. We ended up wasting a lot of time and money on other products before switching.

Everything has been very easy to set up and then use. The fax to email delivery is especially useful and having the option to print through the fax adapter when necessary adds a lot of convenience.

This has been a really solid option for us especially with its PCI compliant storage and built in MFA. I also appreciate the detailed control over printing, downloading and forwarding which makes managing access much better. The QR code based routing for incoming faxes is another standout feature and overall it's very user friendly. On top of that the customer support has been outstanding whenever we've needed help.

At first, a few features were a bit difficult for me to pick up. That said, the help documentation is useful and the support team has been excellent whenever questions came up.

Running a home health care business means our fax solution has to be dependable and HIPAA compliant and this platform has absolutely delivered on both. It has been very reliable for us and their team has been fantastic about helping us keep faxing costs under control. They actually monitored our company's usage patterns and adjusted pricing based on that which is something you almost never see anymore.

One area that feels dated is the user interface which comes across as a bit antiquated and not as user friendly as it could be. The admin side is also fairly complex to work through. That said, whenever we've needed help, their team has consistently been available and supportive.

The tools feel easy to use so users at any skill level can work with them comfortably. Their support team is highly responsive and always helps quickly and efficiently and the hardware has been consistently reliable.
