“secure phone system”
Pros
Running a rural health center across multiple locations means we depend heavily on a phone system that stays secure, reliable and manageable and this platform has done that well for us. As an FQHC in West Virginia, we need steady service to coordinate care, manage patient calls and keep our sites connected without interruption. The interface is user friendly enough for our team to work with and the system performs consistently which lets staff spend more time focused on patients instead of dealing with phone issues. It's also been helpful that the platform can grow with us as we continue expanding services in the community.
Cons
It works well overall but there are still a few things that could be better. Getting everything set up in the beginning can be fairly technical especially for smaller IT teams that don't have dedicated telecom support. Some options, particularly advanced call routing and voicemail customization, are harder as we expected and often require digging through documentation or contacting support. We've also had a few firmware updates cause short service interruptions and in a health care environment where uptime matters so much, that can be difficult to deal with.

“Great unified communication platform”
Pros
It brings calling, messaging and video meetings together in one unified communication platform which makes it really useful for keeping teams connected and working together efficiently. It feels secure, dependable and scalable and it handles calls, messages and video conferencing well for business use.
Cons
One thing I'm not too pleased with is the outdated user interface which feels behind the times.

“very user friendly”
Pros
The software has been excellent, bringing together a full range of communication tools, security features and more in one very user friendly platform.
Cons
The only downside is that there weren't any discounts or incentives offered although that may simply be due to the size of my team.

“lets me make calls from anywhere”
Pros
Using it both in the office and from home has been very easy. When I need to, I can forward calls to my personal phone without any trouble. I really haven't had any problems with the program so far.
Cons
There honestly haven't been many issues with the program. The only real problem was when the system went down and customer service wasn't available at that moment but aside from that I don't have any complaints.

“very simple to use”
Pros
Using it has been going well and I don't have to worry about missing calls on my extension anymore since I can also take them on my phone. That means there's much less chance of missing any important office calls and overall it's very simple to use.
Cons
At this point, I really haven't run into any problems. We're still in the implementation phase so it's too early to point out any real disadvantages.
