“Easy to use from anywhere”

Pros

The level of convenience this provides really stood out to me. Being able to pick both my location and the phone number is the part I appreciated most about it.

Cons

The downside is that it doesn't function offline. Since not every place has Wi Fi access, it isn't always available when I need to use it.

Pros

One of the biggest benefits is being able to share my Google Voice number instead of my real phone number especially when I'm dealing with strangers or in situations where using my personal number doesn't feel very secure.

Honestly, I don't have any complaints.

Being able to use this tool right from my personal cell phone and call families through it is really convenient.

Pros

Having a dedicated work number through this software keeps my job related calls and messages separate from my personal communication which has been really useful. The app is simple to use and works the way I need it to especially for the kind of role I have.

Cons

Something that gets frustrating is that caller ID often doesn't show up. It also won't let me create contacts directly in the app so I have to go through the website on my computer instead which feels less efficient than it should be.
