“user friendly setup”

Pros

Its interface is simple to navigate which makes the setup process pretty quick and the pricing feels reasonable as well.

Cons

Support used to be very strong but lately it has fallen off and most responses seem to be generic stock answers.

One thing I really appreciate is that email support comes with every hosting plan so help is included no matter which option you choose. The pricing across their products is competitive and the features are presented in a clear way which makes everything simple to understand and use.
