Excellent product for entering the world of merged reality

Pros

Help lightning has really made it simple to work with techs and customers to explain and troubleshoot CNC control-related issues. This tool allows me to bypass step by step instructions and gives me real-time feedback, enabling quick resolution of customer issues that would have otherwise taken hours via email and screenshots.

Cons

We occasionally face signal strength issues, which causes connections to not always work as expected. This can be a barrier to broader company adoption.

Great remote support and delivering value

Pros

Help Lightning is incredibly user-friendly, which is essential when working with customers who may not be familiar with the technology. It allows for immediate session initiation without requiring the end user to download any apps, speeding up the time it takes to deliver solutions. The merged reality feature also enables side-by-side coaching while remote, contributing to significant savings by avoiding unnecessary dispatches.

Cons

Adding translation features would help expand the product's global reach although the user interface is already simple and friendly enough for most users.

A software for an immediate need and a step towards servitization

Pros

The functionalities, speed, ease of implementation, integration possibilities, and excellent customer support are all key strengths of Help Lightning.

Cons

We have requested a service report to be sent to both the provider and receiver of help after the connection. This change request is currently under review.

Meets all requirements for remote instruction

Pros

Over the past four years, I've used Help Lightning for three large research projects, and I've found it to be reliable, user-friendly, and a great alternative to in-person assistance. It has allowed us to successfully provide instruction to adults aged 18-70+, and we plan to continue using it for educational purposes.

Cons

We had some connection issues early on but we didn't have any problems in the past two years.

Perfect for remote patient care

Pros

Help Lightning is simple to use, and the ability to initiate a video encounter via SMS texting is a great feature. It enables bidirectional video, and I can also "reach into" the task field to guide procedures, something that no other telemedical solution offers.

Cons

The platform is sensitive to network bandwidth due to the bidirectional and interactive video features, but it's absolutely worth the bandwidth usage.

Very easy to use and helpful

Pros

I love the augmented reality features of Help Lightning, which are incredibly easy to use.

Cons

There aren't any major features missing, though it would be beneficial to prioritize adding storage in EU data centers to ensure GDPR compliance for European customers in the near future.

Turns science fiction into reality!

Pros

Help Lightning automatically connects you to a remote expert with just a simple click of a link. We have no need for any training, thanks to its intuitive and user-friendly design. It's also incredibly cost-effective, with no implementation fees and an easy commercial model based on a monthly flat rate per user.

Cons

I would recommend adding the ability for a remote expert to initiate a call directly to the person's phone number, which would improve productivity by eliminating the need to send an SMS and wait for the recipient to click on the HL link.

Pros
