“strong lead generation”

Pros

We positioned this as a white label solution under our own brand for a CCaaS project. Since we could offer it as part of our broader solution under our branding, sharing posts about this feature also helped us attract new leads.

Cons

One thing that would really help is a multi company management back office. We handle identity management for all of our clients and dealing with administration and statistics across several companies is a bit difficult.

“broader network coverage boost”

Pros

They support more networks now than before which helps put our brand in front of a larger number of users.

Cons

It would be really helpful if an agent could change the call reason instantly while on the phone.

Pros

It helps brand multiple companies well and gives solid brand recognition.

Cons

Adding numbers without a brand logo isn't possible which is limiting.

“clear reporting”

Pros

Getting started with the platform isnt difficult and the reporting feels simple to work with. Implementation is very quick so it doesn't take long before you can start seeing real results.

Cons

AT&T branding is still missing which makes the product feel less competitive and not as feature rich as some of the other options out there.

“clean number branding”

Pros

This does a good job of strengthening our number branding and helping maintain a clean reputation for them. The interface is simple to navigate and the support feature makes reaching out for help whenever needed pretty convenient.

Cons

A limitation is that it doesn't work across every carrier type since only selected carriers are supported. I also haven't come across any AI integration options at this point.

“spam protection”

Pros

Hiya has helped us avoid being flagged as spam while also allowing us to display our brand clearly.

Cons

It would be even better if Hiya added an alert system to notify us whenever our phone number gets blocked or marked as spam by another provider.

“better answer rates with branded calls”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is that customers can instantly tell the call is coming from our organization. Seeing our company name on the screen instead of "Spam Likely" or an unknown number builds trust, improves answer rates and makes it much easier for us to reach people effectively. We noticed the benefit almost right after rollout so it has been a great solution that delivered a meaningful positive impact.

Cons

One small downside is that every now and then we have to reach out to Hiya so they can work with carriers when our branded calls start showing up as "Spam Likely" again. It is not a frequent issue and their team has been responsive when it happens but it is still inconvenient since answer rates can drop until the carrier updates are fully completed.

“we've had a great experience”

Pros

Right from the start, using this has been a really positive experience. Their customer service has been outstanding about staying in touch and helping whenever we've needed support. The setup process went smoothly and the team has been fantastic to work with. It fixes the issue of our numbers getting flagged as spam while also giving our brand more visibility. Customers can immediately recognize when we're calling which has helped raise our answer rates and strengthen overall brand awareness.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't run into any issues with it.

“Increased trust with callers”

Pros

Having this in place really helps build trust with consumers especially when your number has been unfairly flagged as spam because of the phone providers you use.

Cons

A downside is that the mobile and landline solutions are handled separately.

“engagement boost”

Pros

Customers can instantly recognize who is calling which has led to more answered calls and stronger engagement, all without needing major changes to the calling workflows we already use.

Cons

The branding tools are definitely useful but the reporting and analytics still feel a bit limited in terms of detail. Broader support across carriers and devices would also help, along with clearer insight into how branded call information actually appears on different networks.
