Pros

There are a lot of features that make the overall process simpler to handle. Support is available by both phone and email and the team has been helpful when needed.

Cons

The self service help articles could be better. Uploading and removing lists is simple but managing multiple lists isn't as convenient as it is with some other dialers.

Pros

When a phone marketing campaign needs to go out fast, Hosted Dialer makes that process very simple. I can upload a contact list, record the message and send it right away without much effort. Once it's launched, the system distributes the message across everyone on the call list.

Cons

One issue that comes up too often is sending out a campaign and then getting callbacks from people saying the recording wasn't there, almost like the message went out blank. That gets pretty frustrating because I know the message was recorded and even tested on my own phone beforehand. So when I expect users to receive it properly, it's disappointing that it sometimes still doesn't go through.
