Pros

One thing that keeps me with HostMy is its reliability. My meetings are consistently conducted with great audio and video quality and that kind of stability gives me real peace of mind. On top of that, the support team has been very helpful. They reply quickly and actually resolve issues when you need assistance.

Cons

The dashboard can feel a little outdated at times and isn't the most user friendly to move around in. It gets the job done but the design could be improved and made easier to navigate. A few of the advanced settings also take extra steps to locate which gets frustrating when you need to make changes quickly.

We recently used it for business video meetings and it has been reliable and simple for all employees to use.
