It's easy to use, dependable and gives us quick access to the data we need.

The only thing I'd add is maybe a call board but aside from that, this product has been excellent.

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how consistently it keeps improving its products and services. The platform has been rock solid and dependable for us and communication around software updates is always clear and timely. On top of that our account rep is very accessible and quick to help whenever needed.

We honestly can't think of any drawbacks at the moment.
