Pros

Everything feels great and its uncomplicated to use which makes the software very convenient overall. It does exactly what it's supposed to do without adding unnecessary complexity and that's been a real plus.

Cons

The downside is the time it takes to get everything installed and the software cost can feel a bit high.

On the surface the interface looks easy to use but that mostly seems to be because there are barely any features included.

Cons

Almost everything on this platform feels broken. They claimed it could be white labeled yet even after several tries, they still couldn't get the logo to display at the right scale. The system can send outbound faxes but it won't receive any and support has been trying for two months to make faxing work with Flowroute without success. At this point, it feels fundamentally broken. This software clearly isn't built for resale and doesn't come close to MSP or enterprise standards. On top of that they can't fix the product and also refuse to give a refund. There's no inbox feature, no way to label faxes and no proper way to track them. Security is basically nonexistent, there's no single sign on and the support team is terrible.
