“powerful CDR reporting”
Pros
The level of detail it pulls from CDR records is impressive and the reporting you can create from that data is really strong. Automated jobs, quick response times and overall stability are all major advantages too.
Cons
There is definitely a pretty steep learning curve and some fields included in the base CDR records don't always carry over into the available report options.
