“calls dont always go through”
Pros
The layout is logical and simple to use. I mainly use it to call clients and check voicemails.
Cons
The biggest frustration is the app because it is unreliable. Outgoing calls do not always go through and it can take several tries to get the virtual phone to connect. Even when I turn off the virtual phone and disable all the features, I still end up receiving calls. Because of that, I have to delete the app from my phone every time I finish using it. The incoming call quality is also inconsistent and not always clear. There are even days when the calling app does not work at all. On top of that the physical landline phones are not consistently dependable either and we sometimes deal with poor incoming sound quality there as well.

“smooth integration”
Pros
Using this platform has been very convenient especially with how well it integrates with our CRM, AgencyBloc.
Cons
We did run into some connectivity issues before but those have since been fixed. At this point, I don't have any complaints.

“easy calling from anywhere”
Pros
Office calls can be handled both in the office and remotely, with features available on tablets and cell phones as well.
Cons
One downside is that I can't access older voicemails from the office phone and the virtual phone is missing a redial option.

“flexible messaging options”
Pros
Something that works really well is the multiple message setup. You can get messages by email as well as through a traditional voicemail which is very convenient.
Cons
When you first sign up, messages can end up being routed to the wrong mailbox.

“simple to customize features”
Pros
It let me customize features whenever needed and move phone lines between different stations without much trouble.
Cons
Getting the team fully trained on some of the features took a little more time than I originally expected.

“Useful call recording”
Pros
Call recording has been really useful, the app works very well and the Redtail integration is a big plus.
Cons
Something that's frustrating is not being able to control the message that plays at all times. If we have to leave the office at 3 p.m. instead of 5 p.m., there isn't a way to just "turn the phones off" or update that on the fly.

“voicemail alerts right on my phone”
Pros
Getting voicemail notifications directly on my cellphone has been really useful and I can listen to the messages there as well.
Cons
I still haven't been able to figure out how to use the call transfer feature.

“handy tools”
Pros
Having access to multiple lines at once has been really useful. The call parking and call transfer features are also very helpful and add a lot of value.
Cons
The hard part has been dealing with the glitches that keep coming up. Most of the time, there seems to be at least one minor problem, like the transfer button not always working, a brief blackout on a line or call park failing to function.

“frustrating setup process”
Pros
At first, being able to use it from my cell phone was a nice advantage.
Cons
Its difficult to get the features configured and the system didn't work the way I expected it to. On top of that it isn't consistently reliable.

“packed with features”
Pros
A big reason this has worked so well for us is the rich set of features, along with the excellent support we received after the sale. It delivers enterprise level service while still feeling backed by responsive, local support.
Cons
This solution replaced our Avaya enterprise system at only a fraction of the cost and I really have no complaints about it at all.

“great platform to use”
Pros
This has stayed current and consistently runs efficiently which has made it a dependable tool to use.
Cons
Every now and then, the connection cuts in and out which makes it difficult to communicate clearly with the caller.

“custom fit, slow fixes”
Pros
One thing that works really well is how it integrates with our company software which lets us modify it to fit exactly what we need. The click to call feature has been especially useful and the online interface is also very convenient when we need to handle work over the weekend.
Cons
The biggest frustration is that when something breaks or stops working, it takes far too many phone calls to get the issue resolved. For a small business, quick turnaround on fixes really matters and the extra time spent chasing support takes away from the time we need for our actual work.

“user friendly tool with almost no issues”
Pros
Using this has been a big step up from the software we had before. It's simple to use, has very few bugs and has performed exceptionally well. Our previous provider's system used to crash and regularly fell short of expectations but Intulse has had little to no issues.
Cons
So far I don't have any complaints.

“constant problems on mobile”
Pros
I do appreciate the concept of being able to use it on a cell phone and the fax feature is a nice addition.
Cons
Once it's enabled on my cell phone, other phone functions stop working the way they should. It also turns itself off regularly so I have to keep going back in multiple times just to re enable the app. The desktop version only works sometimes, assuming the person on the other end can even hear me. It's also not very Android friendly.

“useful CRM integrated VoIP”
Pros
Our team uses this VOIP system because it connects well with our CRM which makes handling calls and customer information much more convenient.
Cons
iPhone and Android apps really need improvement because the quality is pretty poor. It also doesn't let me switch between our phone numbers for caller ID which is limiting. Another missing feature is call recording and that's something our industry now requires.

“Handy reporting function”
Pros
Starting my first office job felt like a big adjustment and Intulse has really helped make that transition much more manageable. The caller ID, virtual receptionist and reporting tools have made day to day work a lot more convenient for our team. We can even send and receive faxes which has been really useful.
Cons
Since I've only recently started using this, I haven't run into any issues with it so far.

“problems are fixed quickly”
Pros
Switching to this tool has been one of the best tech decisions we've made. Before them, we were with another provider and dealt with constant problems. Since moving to this, those issues have almost completely disappeared and anytime something does come up, their team resolves it incredibly fast. They've been fantastic to work with.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of any reason not to like Intulse.

Pros
Getting this up and running in our office was easy and changing speed dials whenever we need to is simple. The customization options are a nice touch and feel effortless to use.

Every now and then the phone seems to need a reboot for no clear reason.

“fairly priced for what you get”
Pros
Customer service gets back to us quickly and is always available when something comes up. The phone service has been dependable, the pricing is cost effective and we really love the desk phones.
Cons
One thing that could be better is conferencing a call when the client is still in the waiting room since that can be a bit difficult.
